My thesis ponders over the possibilities to enhance well-being through everyday clothing by thinking of clothes as the space nearest to the human body.

My work looks at well-being from the angle of calm, comfort and slowness by clarifying elements of calming and comforting environments and fabrics, while referring to studies and theories within spatial and environmental design.

With the help of these references, the thesis combines subjects through a collection of clothes. The collection offers a view and comment to the discussion around well-being.
