Haapavesi Folk Music Festival - visual identity 2010

Haapavesi Folk Music Festival is an yearly music happening in central Finland. This year, the Festival has been selected as the Festival of the Year by a respected national organization Finland Festivals. The coming summer, Haapavesi Folk will gather music lovers to Haapavesi for the 22nd time.

The focus of my thesis was on developing a 2010 graphic identity for Haapavesi Folk Music Festival. The design project included all print materials from programs to advertisements and posters. Graphic design was used to strengthen the identity  of the festival, bringing a feeling of high quality to it. Extra challenge was created by a limited budget. This year's visual identity  also works as a design template for the festival's future purposes.
