Helsinki Design Week

Masters of Arts Festival of the University of Art and Design Helsinki has grown from a degree show to a festival of urban culture in Arabianranta. The event is broadly recognized and has through its’ unique content and high quality drawn international attention.The history of the event might not be long, but it already has strong traditions.

This spring the University present the fifth MoA Festival. During four years we have exhibited some 300 diploma works, brought more than 120 speakers to 22 international seminar and presented altogether 130 events.

MoA offers a new, interesting and creative way for companies to collaborate. We also wish to attract companies whose products or services are not commonly related to arts, design or visual culture. We see design and the creative know-how as an essential part of companies' competitiveness and operations. MoA not only offers companies the visibility during the festival but also a possibility to create new networks with the professionals of creativity and an unique dialogue with the graduating masters of arts.
