Three Portraits

Three Portraits is a proposal to a performance-inspired installation, an artwork, which gives a possibility for a photograph and the photographed to set themselves equal at the current place. This piece of art is a group of samples: taken pictures, snapshots, characters both roles and real. It’s a sample of a world it reveals and rises from.
This artwork is a combination of photographs and live performers, a triptych where the real person, site and situation discuss with the person, site and situation captured on the photographs. The tension of the piece rises from the surprising variation of still simplification and instant action. This piece combines elements from theatre, dance, visual arts and performance. It researches the idea of stage asking questions of representing and revealing.
