The work consists of a concept design of the Kokoro fashion label and a women’s collec­tion for spring and summer. A delicate set of feminine dresses, skirts, coats and accessories is composed of cotton and silk in vivid, fresh and earthy colors. The design celebrates the girly attitude through playful details and cheerful swarms of textured buttons. On the inside, the wearer finds hidden patterned linings quietly resonating with the Kokoro character.

The name, along with certain key ideas, comes from Japan. Kokoro translates to heart, soul and mind. The written work focuses on the forming of the genuine brand identity and its guiding values, but also on the ways that can make the world look different for Kokoro and its companions.
